NEW SERVICE OPTION FOR YOUR HEALTH!

We are pleased to announce the launch  of a new, much needed service.

Are you scared of needles or having your neck "popped"?  Isn't it scary to go to a new doctor?  We think so.  That is why we developed a new way of getting your health taken care of alternatively without leaving your home!

 Take the complimentary online assessment with one of our practioners to address any and all of your health care needs.  You will be considered a patient at our clinic and a file will be made for you. 

We will ask you to fill out an initial intake form and send it back via email. 

Once we receive the form, we will email an additional list of questions that will target your condition(s). 

We may make recommendations for chinese herbs.  We will ask all the appropriate questions to make sure they are SAFE for you to take.

We strive to help you reach your optimal health.  We pride ourselves in paying attention to the smallest details.  Although the idea of getting worked on over the internet may seem strange, we assure you, it may the single biggest step you make to feeling better.

After receiving your form, we will see if there is any additional questions that we need to ask you.

We will make recommendations based on diet, nutrition, chinese herbs, stretches, exercises, and lifestyle changes.   This is all done without the hassle of driving to meet one of our doctors.  We offer this service for our out of state patients who need help. 

  If our practitioners recommend that you take chinese herbs, you will be allowed to order them through our website.

  We will ship any recommended supplies directly to your door.  Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after ordering. 

Once you are established with us, you can order additional herbs we prescribed at anytime from our website.
